Permitted use and service agreements

You may browse the site, contact us about a project, and use features made available to you for their intended, lawful business purposes. You must have authority to provide information on behalf of a business and must provide information you reasonably believe is accurate.

Website descriptions and demonstrations are informational. Sending an enquiry or viewing a demo does not create an order or a commitment to deliver a service. Project scope, fees, delivery, and any service-specific terms are subject to a separate agreement. Where that agreement expressly differs, it governs the relevant service.

Business prospect research and demonstrations

Business prospect and demo workflows, including the ReviewBoost Prospect Engine, may use public business information, website research, and automated business identity checks to assess relevance and illustrate possible services. A business being included in research or a demo does not imply that it is a customer, has endorsed us, or has agreed to marketing.

Automatically researched information and third-party records may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly matched. We do not guarantee that they are always complete, current, or accurate. Verify important details with the business or original source before relying on them. A demonstration does not guarantee commercial results.

Intellectual property

The site's original content, design, software, and branding belong to Mav Online Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You may use them as necessary to access the site and evaluate our services. No broader ownership or licence is granted. Do not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit protected materials without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Business references do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Ownership and licences for commissioned work are governed by the relevant project agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or services for unlawful activity, unsolicited communications that breach applicable requirements, impersonation, or misleading representations.
• Do not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or interfere with availability or security.
• Do not misuse personal data, infringe others' rights, or collect or reuse third-party content contrary to its applicable terms.
• Do not remove attribution or ownership notices or present a demonstration as a verified record or endorsement.

Third-party services and Google Maps content

The site and related features may link to or use third-party services, including email providers and Google Maps Platform / Places API. Those providers control their services, availability, and content, and their applicable terms also apply.

Google Maps/Places features and content are also subject to Google's applicable end-user terms, including the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference for those features and content. Google's processing follows its own privacy practices.

These terms do not grant rights to Google content beyond those allowed by Google. Applicable attribution and restrictions on storage, copying, and reuse must be respected. Use of Google services does not imply endorsement by Google.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of contact information and public business research, including how to request corrections or deletion and object to direct marketing.

Availability and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and informational demonstrations are provided on an "as available" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mav Online Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or reliance on research or demonstrations. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or restricts mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to features where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a breach of these terms, security concerns, or legal requirements. We may also change or discontinue informational features. Any commitments under a separate service agreement remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.

You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, and matters arising before access ends continue to apply where relevant.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site or services change. Updated terms will be published on this page, with additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not override an existing service agreement without the agreement or legal process required for that change.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Nothing in these terms removes protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply under mandatory law.
